Welfare & Facilities Management

Our welfare fleet is built around rapid deployment and demobilisation options, a critical requirement in many locations since railway land has been sold off leaving station car parks as the only realistic base for a welfare hub at most renewals sites.

Land agreements are expensive, so being able to roll in and roll out easily as close to the possession as possible is a great advantage.

Our towable units are either built to order by a leading manufacturer or, increasingly, designed and constructed in house by our expert team. Typical features include telematics for remote monitoring, solar panels, hydrogen heat cells, rainwater harvesting, lighting controlled by PIR sensors and LED lighting masts. Our self-contained toilet trailers ranging from 2 to 6 cubicles are all ceramic flush WCs (no chemicals) and we have our own fleet of tankers to service sites 24/7 if required.

For longer term deployments on labour intensive projects we are able to plan and provide static facilities including showers, sleeping accommodation, accessible toilets and large capacity water and waste tanks. We can devise a solution for any site, however challenging that may be.
