We supply safety critical track grades from multi-skilled PTS operatives up to Engineering Supervisor.
We are especially proud of our Machine Controller and Crane Controller teams that have a well-earned reputation for competence and reliability on all types of worksite.
Our in-house training capabilities ensure that competencies are managed effectively and refreshed in a timely manner. We believe in career development and are always looking to identify operatives who are willing and capable to progress and provide our clients with the range of track skills essential to support their operations.
Effective fatigue management is central to our resourcing process and operatives are lodged in
quality accommodation where this is necessary in order to deliver work safely. Where necessary our teams are willing and prepared to stay away from their home base for whatever length of time is required to support vital projects.

Site Access Control & IT Systems
We use our SAMS platform (Site Access Monitoring System) to record workforce attendance. Client staff can use SAMS for production reporting via phones or tablets.
Welfare & Facilities Management
A choice of options to suit all locations, for roll in roll out or longer term deployments, our units are packed with innovative features to reduce the carbon footprint.
Road Haulage
From 7.5t tail-lift box vans to 44t tractor units with extendable trailers and Hiab cranes, no task is beyond the capability of our modern FORS Gold accredited fleet.
Site Transportation
Prompt and safe movement of the workforce from welfare hubs to track access points is a key to efficiency and our minibuses provide the optimal solution.
Training & Medical
The Shannon Rail Training & Competency Centre based in Watford delivers training courses, medicals and alcohol and drugs screening in a purpose built facility.
